ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Rental rates are from Saturday 16.00 to Saturday 10.00. Price includes electricity & water.
The villa is cleaned prior to arrival. Clean towels & linen supplied (not beach towels)
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival.
A security deposit of 250 Euros is required 1 week before arrival. This is fully refundable provided there are no breakages, no damage, the villa is left in the condition it is found and the keys are safely returned.
